Special Education Services
Itinerant Personnel by Program:
Visually Impaired/Mobility
Services to students with visual impairments are provided through itinerant instructors as most of these students are enrolled in their neighborhood schools. These instructors work with classroom teachers to modify instruction to meet the needs of these special students. The VI staff also provide braille and large-print materials and providing brailling as needed.
